How to download the svn versionWindowsUsing tortoisesvn, install TortiseSVN wherever you please. It's a shell extension, so you'll need to reboot when this is done. After you've rebooted your computer, make a directory somewhere where you can find it, like "C:\tomedev". Using Windows Explorer, navigate to this folder and right-click in the empty space where there isn't anything there yet, and select "SVN Checkout..." to give you TortiseSVN's checkout dialog box. The thing your looking for isn't ra_neon, but http and https support (I'm actually not sure if https support is needed, but at least http *is* needed)
